Annika Varjonen
is the founder and owner of Visual Impact Helsinki Ltd, working in the field of graphic facilitation and corporate strategy communication since 1996. She uses illustrations, stories and metaphors to illuminate complex strategic issues as well as to make corporate culture and change journeys visible. Graphic facilitation captures a corporate conversation in real time into a large-scale free-format cartoon, amplified with the artist’s observations and humorous provocation. Strategy visualization is a process that builds a picture of the organisation and its strategy. The picture creates a more comprehensive understanding of the strategy in a human, holistic and engaging way.
